On June 2-3, 2012 the newly formed Cryptozoological Response Team of Kilgore Laboratories set out on an expedition to Duck River, Tennessee in search of what locals call the “Duck River Beast.”  Assisted by local historians and land owners, the expedition was able to setup camp directly on the banks of the Duck River for evidence gathering and investigation. Due to the unpredictability of the Duck River and fears of being eaten by the beast itself, camp was setup on two sites: A lower campsite for investigation and socialization, and an upper campsite for greater safety from the beast during the night.
